400,000 Square Foot Class A Portfolio in Atlanta, GA is Announced by Rosemont Realty

High-profile LaSalle Portfolio Acquisition Enhances Rosemont’s Presence in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA – July 6th: Rosemont Realty has added another signature asset to its Southeastern portfolio with the acquisition of four Class A office buildings in the Peachtree and John’s Creek submarkets of Atlanta, GA.

Peachtree and John’s Creek represent two of the fastest growing and most desirable zip codes in Atlanta, which in recent years have become a technology hub for the Southeastern United States. Peachtree and John’s Creek currently host well known international, national, and regional businesses such as GE Power Systems, CareerBuilder.com, Sprint, NCR Corp., Intuit, and Siemens.

In the LaSalle portfolio, major tenants include HCA, Primedia (NYSE: PRM), Anheuser Busch (NYSE: BUD), Ashworth University, and Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC).

The transaction means that Rosemont has added more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in 2011. The Company is actively pursuing new investment opportunities for the second half of the year.

“The LaSalle properties are among the highest quality and best positioned in the Peachtree and John’s Creek markets,” commented Daniel Burrell, Rosemont’s Chief Executive Officer. “And given Rosemont’s current focus on acquiring office properties in high growth suburban locations with strong leasing activity and tenant retention characteristics, these assets fit well into our current portfolio.”

The LaSalle buildings feature a modern corporate design characterized by extensive use of glass panels and high-end interior finishes. The properties have proximate access to local rivers, parks, and green areas, high end residential communities, and strong local retail amenities.
