Peter Mehlert is Executive Vice President of Rosemont Realty. Mr. Mehlert joined Rosemont in 1995 and manages the company’s property portfolio in Texas. In this role, Mr. Mehlert has responsibility for over 6,000,000 square feet in Houston, Dallas, Arlington, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Mr. Mehlert began his career at The Horn Company U.S. in 1982, rising to the position of President in 1990, managing 102 commercial properties in nine Southwestern markets. From 1991 to 1995, he was President of Sumar Realty, Inc., a commercial property firm in Houston. He is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Houston Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, the Texas Board of Realtors and the American Management Association. Mr. Mehlert attended San Fernando State University from 1958 to 1960.
