Mark A. Smith is Senior Vice President of Rosemont Realty. Mr. Smith joined the company in 2003 and is currently responsible for management of 44 properties comprising over three million square feet of office, industrial and retail space located in the cities of Albuquerque and Hobbs, New Mexico. Mr. Smith’s career spans more than thirty years in the fields of commercial construction, asset and relationship management, and facility and property management. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Albuquerque Downtown Action Team and works closely with that group in their efforts to enhance the Central Business District. Mr. Smith holds a BA in Economics with minor studies in Business Management from the University of New Mexico.
