Cheryl Willoughby is Executive Vice President of Rosemont Realty directing the National Asset Management Division of the company. Ms. Willoughby has been with the company for 15 years and has been in the commercial real estate business since 1980. Throughout her tenure with the company, Ms. Willoughby has managed over 20,000,000 square feet of commercial property in 85 markets, generating superior risk-adjusted returns for investors. Ms. Willoughby began her career as an associate broker and vice president of the Jack Stahl Company, a commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Albuquerque. In addition to commercial leasing and brokerage responsibilities, Ms. Willoughby headed the firm’s property management division. From 1990 to 1992, she served as President of the New Mexico CCIM chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Members) and is a past committee chair of the Albuquerque Board of Realtors Commercial Information Exchange. Ms. Willoughby is a licensed New Mexico real estate broker and graduated from Texas Tech University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Marketing degree.
