Stephen Love is Senior Vice President of Rosemont Realty. Mr. Love has been with the company since 1994 and works both in the legal and marketing areas of the firm. His responsibilities include oversight of investor compliance and production of marketing materials for new acquisitions. Prior to joining Rosemont, Mr. Love was engaged in the business of securities trading as a partner of Love & Company, Limited Partnership and its predecessor, as a member of the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Love began his professional career practicing law in New York City, specializing in securities, corporate and real estate law. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in 1961, a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1964, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1965. Mr. Love is a registered securities representative and holds Series 22 and 63 licenses with FINRA.
