JAVIER GONZALES
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Javier Gonzales is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Rosemont Realty. Mr. Gonzales leads the marketing team and is responsible for identifying new capital sources both from institutional and retail investors. Prior to joining Rosemont, Mr. Gonzales held executive positions with Accenture, a global management consulting firm; Primum, a Public Realty Investment Trust; and La Voz Broadcasting, Inc., New Mexico’s largest locally-owned Spanish language radio station. Mr. Gonzales has also served as a Santa Fe County Commissioner and was the youngest and first Hispanic President of the National Association of Counties. He was elected Chairman of the New Mexico Democratic Party in 2009 and currently sits on the Board of Century Bank and the Board of Regents of New Mexico State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1989.
