David Smith is a Senior VP of Rosemont Realty. Mr. Smith has had extensive experience in the financial services industry, encompassing over 19 years as a SVP at both Lehman Brothers and Salomon Brothers, dealing with institutional, middle market and ultra high net worth private accounts. He has been actively involved in real estate development, financing, and investing since 1985 and has held a general contractor’s license in the state of New Mexico for over 15 years. Mr. Smith spearheads the firm’s efforts to attract new private equity, and reconnect with current and past investors. David also advises on product development, product review, acquisition and disposition evaluation and strategy. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/PreLaw from the University Of Illinois in 1975.
