SAMUEL KONIGSBERG

Samuel Konigsberg is corporate counsel of Rosemont Realty. He is responsible for the legal work relating to all capital transactions including, but not limited to, acquisitions, sales and financing. Prior to joining the company in 1994, Mr. Konigsberg was engaged in the private practice of law in New York and New Jersey specializing in corporate, real estate and tax law. Before starting his own firm, Konigsberg Sussmane & Zapfel P.C., in 1987, he was a partner at the firm of Ruffa & Hanover P.C., a boutique firm specializing in private placements and public offerings of securities. Prior to commencing his legal career, Mr. Konigsberg was a tax associate with the accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney. He received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1977, a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1980 and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1983.
