EUGENE A. WOLKOFF
General Counsel

Eugene Wolkoff has been general counsel to Rosemont Realty since 1993. Mr. Wolkoff handles legal issues relating to the company’s leasing portfolio as well as any litigation affecting the corporation or its properties. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wolkoff was senior partner at the New York City law firm of Callahan & Wolkoff, P.C., where he focused on real estate transactions. Mr. Wolkoff has practiced law for more than 45 years having received his law degree from St. John’s University. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Mexico. Prior to and during his New York law practice, Mr. Wolkoff was an active member of the United States Air Force Reserve participating in airlift missions during the Vietnamese and Israeli conflicts. He retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
