Shawn Katz is Senior Vice President of Rosemont Realty directing the Acquisitions Department of the company. In this role, Mr. Katz oversees all of the company’s research, property evaluation, analytics and on-site initial review of projects. Mr. Katz is also President of BGK-Integrated Group supervising portfolio management, investor relations and back office functions of the company. Before joining Rosemont, Mr. Katz was a member of the investment team at Wolf International, an investment management and advisory firm specializing in alternative investments and hedge funds. Mr. Katz is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Fine Arts for Children and Teens, a non-profit organization that that brings arts-learning opportunities to at-risk students in under served areas. Mr. Katz has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and holds Series 22 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc (FINRA).
