Nicholas Nigro is a Senior Investment Analyst for Rosemont Realty. Mr. Nigro’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of transaction underwriting, performing property due diligence, sourcing and managing deal flow, interfacing with executive and asset management teams, and conducting market research. Prior to joining Rosemont, Mr. Nigro was an analyst at Covington Associates, a boutique investment banking firm focused on the healthcare and technology sectors, and at Duff & Phelps (NYSE: DUF), where he focused on the valuation of commercial properties across all asset classes. Mr. Nigro received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Mr. Nigro holds Series 62 and 63 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA).
