AUDRA GONZALES

Audra Gonzales is Senior Vice President of Rosemont Realty with supervision over project management and property due diligence on all corporate transactions. In this role, Ms. Gonzales has day-to-day control over communication and documentation related to acquisitions, dispositions and mortgage financing. She is the primary contact for all lenders and mortgage brokers for the company. Ms. Gonzales has been with the company since 1995 and in that time has overseen more than 240 capital transactions from inception to completion. She also handles environmental review, compliance and third-party reports. Ms. Gonzales graduated from Eastern New Mexico University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
