Our intention is to use this experience and track record to grow our business and continue to migrate the Rosemont portfolio into Class A, stabilized office properties in US growth markets. With a nationwide footprint in 28 states today, Rosemont will seek to continue its expansion leveraging the capital of its principal owners as well as core institutional relationships we have developed over the past 20 years.

We will do this in a manner consistent with the highest level of commitment to integrity and transparency, seeking always to maximize value for our partners and investors.
